Advanced Life Support Ambulances
Ambu24 operates a fleet of Advanced Life Support Ambulances with modern equipment, reviewed and certified on a yearly basis. Integrated solar panels are fitted to our ambulances, ensuring constant power is delivered to the cabin at all times. The Advanced Life Support ambulances are equipped with:
Defibrillator (Zoll Monitor), Oxylog Respirator (Drager), Oxygen Cylinders, Pulse Oximeter, Portable Suction, Stretcher, Spine Board, Scoop Stretcher, Wheelchair, Vacuum Mattress, Neck Braces, Adjustable Lateral Collars, Pneumatic Walker Set, Tele-Cardiograph (Cardio-beeper) and emergency medications.
Medical Team
We take great pride in our medical team. The team consists of certified Paramedics, Nurses (minimum 5 years intensive care experience) and Specialist Doctors. All our Paramedics are registered Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). They have certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Automated External Defibrillation (AED), Immediate Life Support (ILS) and Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS). All our Nurses are registered and also work in intensive care units of large hospitals and have certifications in BLS, ILS, AED and PHTLS. Our Paramedics and Nurses undergo continual professional development in the company to advance their clinical practice.
Telemedicine
All our Ambulances are equipped with a Tele-Cardiograph called a Cardio-beeper. Through the Cardio-beeper, a full cardiogram is sent within 42 seconds to the Cardiologists of our Medical Operations Department, who are able to provide an immediate diagnosis and medical advice.
Location Monitoring
A transfer schedule is provided to customers for every ground ambulance transportation. Our online Ambulance Fleet Management System provides customers with real-time arrival, departure and waiting periods for all ground ambulance transportations.
